EUROPRIDE 2006: THE SHOW
Sunday, 2 July 2006, 7:45pm

This spectacular one-night-only variety show will star performers from theatre, music, and popular entertainment, hosted by Stephen Fry. So far the line-up includes gay icons Elton John, Billie Jean King, Julian Clary, and Sandi Toksvig. It is very strong on gay comedy with Graham Norton, Alan Carr, Tina C and Betty Legs Diamond and her Funny Girls' "Swine Ballet".

Music is provided by the rock band Never The Bride, Heather Small with her band plus the 120-strong London Gay Mens' Chorus and the amazing voice of Ruby Wax singing a Bassey standard. The casts of West End hits Chicago and Mamma Mia will raise the roof and Widow Twankey and her dancers will lower the tone.

Just confirmed: Antony Cotton is bringing Jennie McAlpine from Coronation Street and Andrew Hayden-Smith is dropping in from CBBC TV. Many stars will be in the audience. Make sure you are too by clicking here to book online.
