Ian McKellen describes his first day of filming THE DA VINCI CODE in a new
entry on his official website at
www.mckellen.com/new. Sir Ian portrays
Royal Historian Sir Leigh Teabing
in the movie based on Dan Brown's best-selling novel. As he did for
THE LORD OF THE
RINGS and X-MEN,
he reports from behind the scenes of the eagerly anticipated film, due for
worldwide release in May of 2006. His latest entry of
TEABING'S
CHRONICLE was written on location in France and includes photographs of
the director Ron Howard, screenwriter Akiva Goldsman and his co-stars Audrey
Tautou and Tom Hanks.
